At Jane we bake everything in house — pastries, breads, cookies — if it's baked, we bake it. Everything is made fresh each day.
We work with local suppliers and source as many ingredients as we can directly from farmers. Our team of bakers is committed to making the best products with seasonal ingredients. Our selections of breads and pastries change frequently — come check them out.
Taking our commitment to ingredients one step further, Jane Grain is our seed-to-sandwich grain program. We grow and mill our own heritage wheat varieties — Yecora Rojo, Desert King Durum, Einkorn, and Emmer — on a family farm less than two hours from San Francisco. Our stone mill runs seven days a week, so the flour going into our breads is milled just days before baking. You can taste the difference.
Our biggest variety of items is at Jane the Bakery, but all of our cafes — Jane on Fillmore, Jane on Larkin, Toy Boat by Jane, Jane on Third at SFMOMA — have great selections of pastries and breads each day that complement our Breakfast, Brunch, and Lunch offerings.
Our Jane/Marin and Jane/CalMart locations offer our breads, full line cakes and cookies and other pastries.
